Job Description
CCA is seeking a Girls Soccer Varsity Coach to fill either an assistant or a head coaching role . Qualified candidates will demonstrate maturity of Christian faith and character, a love for students and the desire to invest in the lives of young women. They will have experience playing and coaching soccer, and a love for the sport. They will maintain high standards of professional conduct, including but not limited to their ability to communicate with students, parents, opponents, and officials with clarity, integrity, and grace.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Manage all team-related activities during the season, including practices, games, and equipment. Instruct the team in soccer rules, game strategies, and performance principles. Evaluate athletes' skills, in order to determine their fitness and potential roles on the team. Plan and direct training and physical conditioning programs that will enable athletes to achieve maximum performance. Encourage student athletes in their spiritual life and be willing to enter into the lives of the students as they work out their faith in Jesus on and off the field. Drive students to away games in a CCA 15-passenger van. Applicants must be willing to sign CCA's Statement of Faith and Core Values, and maintain the highest Christian virtue and personal decorum, serving as a Christian role model and mentor both in and out of school, to students, parents, fellow faculty members and employees in judgment, dignity, respect, and Christian living.Contract runs:
August 24, 2026 through November 22, 2026Compensation:
Commensurate with experience Interested candidates should submit a letter of interest and professional resume. Position will remain open until filled.
