Location:
Riverside Sports Complex, Pembroke, MA Schedule:
Weekdays (Monday-Friday), 9:00 AM-1:00 PM or 10:00 AM-2:00 PM About the Role We are seeking an energetic, patient, and enthusiastic Youth Soccer Coach to lead our Force Futures program. This program is designed to introduce boys and girls ages 3-6 to the fundamentals of soccer in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with young children, understands early childhood development, and can create a positive first experience with sports. Key Responsibilities Lead and organize age-appropriate soccer sessions for children ages 3-6 Teach basic soccer skills (dribbling, passing, shooting) through fun games and activities Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants Foster teamwork, confidence, and a love for the game Manage small groups of children with patience and enthusiasm Communicate effectively with parents and staff Set up and break down equipment before and after sessions Qualifications Experience playing soccer (competitive or recreational) Prior experience working with young children (coaching, teaching, childcare, camps, etc.) High energy, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills Ability to engage and manage groups of young children Reliable and punctual with consistent weekday daytime availability CPR/First Aid certification (preferred, not required) Schedule Requirements Availability Monday through Friday Ability to work either 9:00 AM-1:00 PM or 10:00 AM-2:00 PM shifts What We're Looking For Someone who brings enthusiasm and creativity to every session A coach who prioritizes fun while teaching foundational skills A role model who is patient, encouraging, and supportive About Force Futures Force Futures is our introductory soccer program focused on building confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of the game in our youngest players.
