Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Baseball Instructor, where your passion for sports and youth development will inspire the next generation of athletes! Gradum Gswing Waltham is looking for an instructor to join our team full time. In this role you will be responsible for teaching the brand of hitting we developed to baseball and softball players. Responsibilities Design and deliver fun, structured baseball drills and practice sessions tailored to various skill levels Teach fundamental baseball techniques for hitting that you will learn in training. Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior management during all activities Monitor safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all participants Provide individual feedback and encouragement to help students improve their skills Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other staff to support each child's athletic development Requirements Prior experience in sports coaching, baseball. Must be an ex college baseball player minimum 2 years. Strong background in working with baseball players in the past. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster positive discipline and engagement Familiarity with health club or gym environments is advantageous Passion for youth development through sports and physical activity Ability to communicate effectively with diverse age groups and skill levels Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm for baseball and sports can inspire young athletes to reach new heights!
