Job Posting Title Rugby Club Sport Coach Job Description Summary Faculty Job Description The Wellesley College Rugby team is looking for a head coach. The WCRFC is a Division III, Developmental tier team competing in NEWCRC. Wellesley College is a women's college located outside of Boston in Wellesley, MA. We are looking for a coach who can not only train new players, but also further existing players' skills. Our goal is to improve our skills as a team while focusing on maintaining a fun and low-stress environment. We practice Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5pm to 7pm and our games are typically scheduled for Saturday mornings, but we can be flexible. The team currently has over 20 student athletes on the roster.

Requirements:

USA Rugby coach certified (or willingness to attend clinic) First Aid/CPR certification Ability to plan and attend three practices a week and Saturday matches Communication with team president and captains throughout season Ability to provide instruction and encouragement to players of all skill levels and positions Ability to train fundamentals to new rugby players Approve player engagement and participation for Physical Education credits Must possess a valid driver's license issued by the U.S. or its territories and obtain clearance per Wellesley College's Vehicle Use Policy. A Motor Vehicle Record check is required Club Sports are under the supervision of the Director of Recreation in the department of Physical Education, Recreation and Athletics.
