Group Fitness Coach High Energy Boot Camp Style Training

At Westborough Fit Body Boot Camp, we help busy adults become stronger physically and mentally. We coach professionals, parents, and even members in their 70s and 80s. The work we do matters. Founded by Vik Desai, who transitioned from a 20+ year corporate career to build something meaningful in the community, our mission is simple: Inspire fitness. Change lives. We are growing — and we're looking for a high-energy, high-integrity coach to grow with us. What You'll Do You will lead structured, high-intensity 30-minute group training sessions (20+ members per session). This is real coaching — not supervision.

You will:

Command the room with confidence and clarity Coach using a microphone with strong presence Demonstrate and correct exercise form precisely Modify movements for injuries and all fitness levels Build accountability and authentic relationships Deliver consistent, high-energy sessions Support basic admin, cleaning, and team operations Contribute to engagement and community events when needed Our members trust us with their health. We take that seriously. What You Bring Positive, contagious energy (especially at 5:00 AM) Strong communication and leadership presence Confidence leading groups A growth mindset Professionalism and reliability A genuine desire to help people Certification is not required — we train the right person. Character, work ethic, and coachability matter more than credentials. Preferred (but not required): NASM, ACE, ACSM, or similar certification Previous group or personal training experience

Schedule Morning Shift:

5:00 AM•10:30

AM Evening Shift:

3:15 PM•7:30

PM Saturday:

6:45 AM•11:30

AM Sunday:

8:15 AM•12:00 PM Split shifts and rotating weekends required. This role requires reliability and flexibility.
