Job Description
Gymstreet USA is currently seeking a highly qualified Girls Team Gymnastics Coach to join our girls competitive team coaching staff for Xcel and DP. The desired candidate must have gymnastics coaching experience, have a knowledge of USA Gymnastics Rules & Policies, capability and experience in spotting skills especially on Vault and Bars. The ideal candidate must love working with children, have passion and drive for the sport and be eager to work as a team with other coaches.
Other Job duties include:
- Coach competitive practices.
- Attending special trainings when necessary
- Assist with special events. i.e., meets.
- Ensure proper techniques during stretches and event rotations
- Knowledgeable about competitive skills and progressions
- Instruct your groups in a creative manner by ensuring skill progressions are met to the gyms standards
- Effectively communicate with Team Director regarding gymnasts' progress, daily activities and issues
