Job Description
Job Summary Sphere Soccer Institute is seeking passionate and reliable Soccer Development Coaches to deliver high-quality individual and small-group training sessions. This position is ideal for coaches, former players, current college players, or soccer professionals who are passionate about player development and want a flexible coaching opportunity. Coaches will work directly with players to improve technical ability, confidence, decision-making, and overall performance while following SSI's development philosophy and training standards. Responsibilities Conduct individual and small-group soccer training sessions. Deliver age-appropriate technical development activities. Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled sessions. Create a positive, professional, and engaging training environment. Communicate effectively with players and parents. Complete basic session reports and attendance records. Maintain professional conduct while representing Sphere Soccer Institute. Follow all SSI policies, procedures, and coaching standards. Maintain current coaching and safety certifications as required. Requirements Soccer playing and/or coaching experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation. Ability to work independently. Availability during evenings and weekends. Passion for youth athlete development. CPR/First Aid Certification. SafeSport Certification Preferred USSF Coaching License. United Soccer Coaches Certification. Experience coaching youth players ages 6-18. Compensation $50 per completed training session. Opportunities to increase session volume as SSI grows. Ability to stand, walk, run, and actively coach during sessions. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
