About Scorpions Soccer Club Scorpions Soccer Club is a competitive youth soccer organization committed to player development, sportsmanship, and long-term success both on and off the field. We provide a structured, positive environment focused on technical growth, tactical understanding, and character development. Position Overview We are seeking motivated, reliable, and knowledgeable Seasonal Soccer Coaches to join our staff. Coaches will be responsible for leading training sessions, managing teams during league play and tournaments, and contributing to the overall development of players within the club's curriculum. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate training sessions aligned with club philosophy Coach teams during games, tournaments, and showcases Foster a positive, inclusive, and development-focused environment Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club leadership Track player development and provide feedback as needed Ensure player safety and uphold club standards at all times Qualifications Prior soccer coaching or playing experience (club, high school, or collegiate preferred) US Soccer coaching license (or willingness to obtain) preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work evenings and weekends during the season Reliable transportation to training and game locations Have work authorization for the USA Have your own vehicle with a valid drivers license. Opportunities available across the South Shore/Metrowest/SouthCoast/Rhode Island/ ECNL in MA & RI.
