Job Description

Varsity Men's Lacrosse Head Coach Saints Peter & Paul High School Saints Peter & Paul High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced candidate to serve as the Varsity Men's Lacrosse Head Coach (Back to Back MIAA Conference Champions). The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, prior lacrosse coaching experience, and a commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the field within a college-preparatory environment. This is a part-time, seasonal position paid through a stipend and is not benefit-eligible. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all aspects of the Varsity Men's Lacrosse program Plan and conduct daily practices, game preparation, and team development Foster a positive, disciplined, and competitive team culture Support the academic and personal growth of student-athletes Communicate effectively with players, parents, faculty, and athletic administration Ensure compliance with school and league policies and expectations Coordinate assistant coaches and team operations as needed Qualifications Prior lacrosse coaching experience Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment to sportsmanship, teamwork, and student development Ability to work collaboratively within a school community with high academic expectations Schedule Expectations Practices typically run Monday through Friday from 3:30-5:30 PM. Additional time is required for games, team events, offseason workouts, and weekend commitments throughout the season.
