Job Description

As the Assistant Men's Soccer Coach Duties include assisting in all areas of operation for the men's soccer team in cooperation with the Coach. A major responsibility of this position is to maintain relationships with players and frequently serve as a go-between for players and the Head Coach. The assistant coach helps the Head Coach in all other areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In training work closely with the goalkeepers and also help Coach [Name] working with field players. Implement on-field strategies and formations for matches Discuss, and prepare practice plans and execute training programs From a recruiting standpoint, the assistant travels to watch prospects play, identify potential recruits, and maintain communication with them through-out the recruitment process. Travel/meal arrangements Fundraising Event planning Scouting Salary/Hours/Benefits $7,000 Salary, 10-month contract (August - May) Part Time Tuition Remission Benefits.
Job Requirements:
Education, Experience and Skills:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree. Division I playing or coaching experience. Possess general knowledge of intercollegiate athletics and NCAA regulations. Have strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational abilities. Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
