Qualified candidates will thrive in a team-oriented environment that is highly focused on providing superior customer service and building a community love for tennis for our clubs and their guests.
General Purpose:
Lead tennis camp programming As an integral part of the tennis team, this individual should inspire and grow every player at any level Follow provided curriculum as well as produce lessons plans Evaluate players for movement along the PTY pathway Establish good communication with students and parents Motivate students by providing encouragement and positive feedback Provide great experiences by caring and connecting with students Ensure equipment set-up and take down. Display an energetic and outgoing personality, a genuine love for tennis, and a desire to promote and grow the racquets program. Acts as a brand ambassador by communicating and demonstrating the value and benefits of our products and services.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
Availability Monday - Friday through the summer Have experience in Junior Tennis Flexibility in scheduling Demonstrate in an enthusiastic, pleasant, and energetic manner Enjoy talking about and promoting tennis Has the ability to deliver information clearly, concisely, and in a timely manner
Compensation:
Full-time associates are eligible to receive a competitive compensation package and benefits plan commensurate with experience.
