Softball Instructor D-BAT Windsor Mill Position Type:
Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation:
Paid per lesson, clinic, and camp Position Overview D-BAT Windsor Mill is seeking knowledgeable and energetic Baseball and Softball Instructors to join our training team. Instructors will provide high-quality instruction through private lessons, group clinics, and camps, helping athletes of all ages and skill levels develop fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the game. This is a 1099 independent contractor position , with flexible scheduling and opportunities to earn through lessons, camps, and specialty clinics. Responsibilities Provide individual and group instruction in baseball and/or softball fundamentals Teach proper mechanics, drills, and game strategies in a positive learning environment Lead or assist with camps and clinics throughout the year Create age-appropriate and skill-specific training plans Communicate effectively with athletes and parents regarding progress and goals Maintain a professional, energetic, and encouraging presence on the training floor Ensure a safe environment by following all D-BAT policies and procedures Qualifications Baseball and/or softball playing and/or coaching experience (high school, collegiate, or higher preferred) Strong knowledge of fundamentals, mechanics, and player development Ability to work with athletes of varying ages and skill levels Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Schedule & Compensation Flexible scheduling based on availability and facility needs Paid Monthly based on lesson, clinic, and camp hours Opportunity for consistent income based on demand and performance Why Join D-BAT Windsor Mill?
