Part-time, Hourly The Aspen Hill Club is seeking a qualified and experienced swim instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in swimming instruction. We are looking for someone who can provide a safe and enjoyable learning experience for our members of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities:

Teach swim lessons to members of all ages and skill levels Create and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of individual students Ensure the safety of all swimmers during lessons Evaluate students' progress and make recommendations for future lessons Maintain accurate attendance and progress records for each student Communicate regularly with parents and members regarding swim lesson schedules and updates Work collaboratively with other swim instructors and staff to ensure a positive experience for all members

Requirements:

Must have current certification in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding Must have at least 1 year of experience teaching swim lessons Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of stroke mechanics and ability to teach all four competitive strokes Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends We offer competitive pay and a positive work environment.
