We currently have openings for a Varsity Assistant Coach, Junior Varsity Coach, and Freshman Coach. We are fortunate to have a great group of talented, hardworking, and coachable student-athletes. We are looking for coaches who are passionate about developing players, building relationships, and helping create a positive and competitive program culture.
Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct practices appropriate for the assigned level Teach volleyball fundamentals, techniques, and game strategy Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, accountability, and confidence Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and coaching staff Attend practices, matches, tournaments, and program events Support the overall vision and goals of the volleyball program
Qualifications:
Volleyball playing and/or coaching experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to motivate and develop student-athletes Commitment to creating a positive learning environment Willingness to work collaboratively with the coaching staff Our program is committed to maximum effort, continuous improvement, and developing successful student-athletes both on and off the court. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an outstanding group of athletes and contribute to a growing, competitive volleyball program.
