The desired candidate must possess the following attributes: Provide student-athletes with a great first experience in BSPS athletics. Ability to take direction and implement plans from the Head Varsity Volleyball coach and other coaching staff. Able to effectively take direction, provide direction as well as, work independently and as a member of a team. Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements, Board of Education policies and MHSAA rules. Ability to handle complex and stressful issues or situations with sound judgment, common sense, and a calm demeanor Impeccable character, and compassion for students, families, and district staff Eligible candidates must meet the following qualifications: Required qualification: Friendly/courteous with ability to work well with students, parents, and teachers Experience teaching volleyball fundamentals Ability to create a positive team culture while holding student-athletes to high standards Flexible schedule that allows for convenient practice times and event supervision
