Local teams Master Volleyball coach High Velocity Sports - 4.7 Canton, MI Job Details Part-time $25 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Talent management Volleyball coaching experience Continuous improvement Problem-solving Recruiting Leadership Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Master Volleyball Coach to lead the development of our local volleyball program. This individual will design comprehensive practice plans, oversee coaching staff, and ensure the consistent implementation of high-level training strategies. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a deep understanding of volleyball tactics, player development, and coaching methodology. Commitment can vary from 2- 2 hour practices from 5-7 &7-9 MW . Too running all local practices 5-7 &7-9 MWTH Responsibilities Develop detailed, periodized practice plans for all teams and skill levels. Collaborate with assistant coaches to ensure accurate execution of training sessions. Mentor and guide coaching staff, providing feedback on drills, techniques, and team management. Analyze player performance and adjust practice plans to optimize skill development and team performance. Foster a positive, high-performance culture emphasizing teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement. Stay current on volleyball trends, techniques, and sports science to integrate innovative practices. Assist in talent identification and recruitment where applicable. Coordinate with team management for scheduling, tournaments, and logistical planning Qualifications Extensive experience in volleyball at a competitive level. As well as experience in volleyball coaching 3+ Years Proven ability to design and implement advanced practice plans. Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills. Deep knowledge of volleyball strategies, player development, and training methodologies. Experience managing or mentoring coaching staff is highly preferred.
