Key Areas of Responsibility The key responsibilities are as follows, but not limited to:  Develop and implement a comprehensive soccer program.  Plan and conduct practices that emphasize skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.  Supervise assistant coaches and student-athletes.  Promote academic achievement and positive character development.  Maintain communication with players, parents, and school administration.  Ensure compliance with school, league, and MHSAA regulations.  Assist with program growth and student recruitment efforts. Qualifications Previous soccer coaching experience preferred. Knowledge of soccer fundamentals and strategy. Ability to mentor and motivate high school student-athletes. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Must meet all school and MHSAA coaching requirements. Schedule & Commitment Practices typically held after school hours (3 days a week/ 2 Games per Week). Attendance required at all home/away games Season runs approximately from March through May Compensation Stipend position based on experience and school policy.
