Have the ability to teach the technical aspects of volleyball as well as build the capacity of being a student and an athlete. Organize and facilitate practices and games while maximizing and maintaining health & safety. Have the ability to plan and execute skills and training programs specific for the level of athlete Effectively communicate with parents, participants and fellow coaches Have appropriate ethical behavior and instill those behaviors in our athletes Have the ability to relate positively with students, teachers and parents. Have the ability to work with other professionals in a collaborative manner Experience working with high school student-athletes and experience coaching volleyball is preferred.
