Duties Lead group martial arts classes for diverse age groups and skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety protocols are followed Develop customized training plans that incorporate boxing fundamentals, strength conditioning, and cardio workouts Demonstrate boxing techniques such as stance, punches, footwork, and defensive maneuvers to students Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and confidence Enforce behavior management strategies to maintain a positive, focused class environment Support gym events, outside activities, and promotions as needed Maintain a clean and professional workout environment Experience Prior experience as a boxing or martial arts instructor, with a strong understanding of boxing techniques and safety standards Background in personal training, sports coaching, teaching physical education, or working with children and youth in a recreational setting Strong communication and reliable work ethic.
