Girls Head Wrestling Coach

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma Cultivate a positive culture, high expectations, build rapport with athletes Proven leadership skills and experience Coaching experience at various levels mandatory - Preference for experience working with girls wrestlers. Solid and innovative teaching skills and strategies, constantly working to improve as a coach. Plan and execute engaging practices with strong, appropriate intensity and rigor, provide high quality feedback to athletes for improvement. Strong game management and adjustments as needed. Ability to motivate and inspire athletes and staff Must be able to work and function within a total athletic program/department Possess excellent organizational skills Able to communicate in various ways with players, parents and staff Teacher certification preferred Vision, collaborative skills to build a strong program from youth sports to varsity level. Understanding of college recruitment Experience playing at high level programs, preferred Willingness and ability to attend and pass
