Job Description

If you're a coach, former athlete, teacher, or anyone with child care experience this would be the perfect way to make extra money while introducing the next generation to the joy of playing sports. Candidates with a sports background are a plus but not a requirement. Child care experience is a plus but not a requirement. Responsibilities
  • Instruct and demonstrate proper flag football techniques and strategies.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for youth during coaching sessions.
  • Incorporate elements of sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play into coaching sessions.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding player progress and program updates. Qualifications
  • Experience in sports coaching, with a focus on youth programs
  • Ability to teach and mentor young athletes in a positive and encouraging manner
  • Knowledge or experience in childcare to ensure the well-being of young participants
  • Background in any of the relevant skills
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents
