Job Summary The Assistant Strength Coach position in the Athletic Director department is responsible for implementing and maintaining a strength and conditioning program for all student athletes; assisting in the daily operations of the Weight Room; teaching sound techniques to help ensure the safety of all student athletes; being proactive with head coaches in developing programs that will assist in the prevention of athletic injuries; and providing assistance for all sport teams. Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field Preferred Qualifications Will this position require driving (personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart) in order to perform the job duties? Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility
