Qualifications:
Knowledge and ability to teach technique and strategy involved with football Proven ability to enhance player skill development Basic first aid skills, and concussion training Prior high school and/or college football experience preferred Familiarity with rules and policies of MHSSA and the
Wayland Union Board of Education Responsibilities & Duties:
Support the varsity coach in teaching football technique and strategy Communicate effectively with the various football stakeholders Represent Wayland Union Schools in a positive manner with all stakeholders Supervise and coordinate specific position coaches Prior coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Design and implement a comprehensive offensive or defensive system tailored to the current roster's talent level.
Terms of Employment:
