Immediately Job Description About STMA Schools We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs more than 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12. Position Overview & Responsibilities Ability to coach competitive cheer teams ranging from the elementary-varsity level. Design and coordinate practices, coordinate competitions, assess skill level of athletes, and choreograph their team's routine. Be able to teach Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced Stunting Skills Be able to teach/spot beginner/intermediate tumbling skills Create a positive team environment of respect, communicate with parents and athletes effectively, and be a positive role modelStart Date:
June 15Contract:
June 15, 2026 through July 31, 2026Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00am- 9:30am or 9:30-3:00pm Salary & BenefitsStarting Rate:
$20.00-$27.00 per hour, depending upon your experience with Community Ed No benefit eligibility, other than Earned Safe and Sick Time (ESST) as provided by law. Requirements & Qualifications Experience coaching or participation in cheerleading.
