Purpose:

The head coach is fully responsible for the organization and instruction of the collaborative varsity boys/girls basketball cheer team both during and outside of the season. The role includes teaching cheerleading fundamentals, promoting positive team and school culture/spirit, ensuring student safety, and fostering a positive and inclusive team environment. The coach will collaborate with the respective basketball coaches, student participants, and families to build a program that supports athletic events and represents the school with enthusiasm, respect, and pride.
