Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Soccer Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical education and experience in coaching various sports activities, including soccer. Age groups will range from U9 to U14 boys and girls teams. You will work with the head coach and the age group they oversee. Schedules will be set up early to help in planning purposes. Availability is needed in the Summer (April-June).Main roles:
1. Attend practices in the fall (approximately 8 hours per week)- Help the head coach facilitate training
- Create a positive learning environment 2. Attend games when needed in the fall (approximately 2 hours per week)
- Support the head coach in being at games when needed Additional hours (plus compensation) available through camps/clinics.
Helpful Characteristics:
- Previous experience coaching soccer or related sports activities
- Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and training methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with players of various ages and skill levels Join our team as a Soccer Coach and make a positive impact on young athletes while fostering a love for the game of soccer.
