Job Description

Part-Time Girls Volleyball Coach Position Overview Holy Spirit Academy seeks a passionate, energetic, and faithful individual to serve as our first Part-Time Girls Volleyball Coach for our new high school girls' program starting in the Spring of 2026. The coach will be responsible for developing student-athletes' volleyball skills while fostering sportsmanship, teamwork, leadership, and Catholic values. Please contact Headmaster Andrew M. Lang with inquiries about this position at alang@holyspiritacademy.org or 763-220-2402 Key Responsibilities Plan and lead practices (3 afternoons per week during season) Arrange, coach, and supervise games (local travel required) Teach fundamental volleyball skills, strategy, and conditioning Promote a positive team culture rooted in Catholic values Ensure player safety and adherence to school and diocesan policies Support student-athletes in balancing academics and athletics Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration Maintain equipment and coordinate uniforms and game logistics Compensation Seasonal stipend (commensurate with experience) Flexible afternoon schedule Opportunity to positively impact student-athletes in a close-knit community
