Job Description:
Instruct student-athletes in ways to strengthen their Soccer Skills and teamwork skills. Skills in Soccer with a solid understanding of rules, gameplay, and training techniques. Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, staff, and administration. Proficiency in Coaching strategies and in leading and mentoring student-athletes. Monitor student-athletes academic and athletic performance. Proven ability to create a positive and inclusive team environment. Additional Duties as assigned to support the overall function of the athletic department. Potentially teach limited classes as assigned in Health & Human Performance. Serve as an assistant in Game Operations for selected sports. Contribute to student growth and development. Support Minnesota State University Moorhead's strategic priority of creating a campus community that is diverse, inclusive, globally aware, and just.
Salary Range:
Fiscal Year 2027 rates: $50,065 - $61,958 annually.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. Commitment to academic success of student-athletes. Coaching experience at collegiate level or Club Level. Ability to recruit top level student-athletes. Effective communication and computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Skills/ability to integrate technology to enhance learning and teaching. Two years of Collegiate Soccer coaching. Knowledge of NCAA Division II and the NSIC conference rules and regulations.

The successful candidate must be able to lawfully accept employment in the United States by the day employment begins.
