Achieved:

• Develop players from beginner to college ready
• Develop players from non-believer to disciple makers/leaders who change the world
• Build team unity and foster club loyalty
• Encourage players to participate in other club events

Accountable For:

• Growing in spiritual, soccer and leadership qualifications
• Embody ICFC Culture & Protect/Promote ICFC Vision
• Implementing ICFC Club Philosophy, soccer curriculum and Team Talks
• Show up on time, prepared to teach, and dressed in ICFC Gear
• Leading two practices per week, coaching league games and Tournaments in season
• Players participating in off-season training
• Parent Meeting at first practice of each season
• Work with Team Managers to communicate to parents early and often
• Adding players throughout the year and participating in tryouts
