• 16 per hour Part-Time | Seasonal WingHaven Country Club is seeking energetic and enthusiastic Seasonal Swim Coaches to join our aquatics team for the summer season.

This role is responsible for assisting with swim team practices, coaching swimmers of various skill levels, promoting sportsmanship, and creating a fun, safe, and positive environment for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and assist with swim team practices and skill development drills Provide instruction on stroke technique, starts, turns, and overall swim performance Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive athlete development Ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers during practices and meets Assist with setup and breakdown of swim practices and events Communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and club leadership Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool deck environment

Qualifications:

Prior swim coaching, competitive swim, or swim instruction experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and work positively with children of various ages CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods outdoors in summer weather Ability to demonstrate swim techniques if needed Ability to lift and move pool/swim equipment as necessary WingHaven Country Club offers a fun, team-oriented environment and the opportunity to make a positive impact on young athletes during the summer season.
