Oxpert - This position is a high-energy and fun position working with a team in a positive and upbeat environment. Oxperts earn a base wage plus solid tips, starting wage depends on experience and increases are provided based on merit. We are hoping to find a candidate to train for management in a fun and engaging environment, leadership ability and responsibility are a huge bonus for management consideration! We are hiring for part-time on Saturdays and Sundays. Our open hours on these days are 1pm-10pm on Saturdays (shifts 12:30pm-7pm or 5pm-11pm) and 1pm-7pm on Sundays. We also do some mobile/offsite events. We offer an employee discount on merchandise and throwing time and a a discounted gym membership at a local gym. We will provide training on the job. Excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to engage and entertain Provide safety training to groups covering all the basics Develop Axe Throwing Coaching skills (axe throwing will be part of your job, you will become good, at it and will learn to teach this skill to others) Basic phone skills Focus on teamwork Target maintenance (use of small power tools,lifting, bending, moderate physical work) Equipment maintenance (sharpening axes & knives, wrapping axe handles, etc) Facility maintenance (light cleaning, painting, sweeping, etc) Basic computer literacy, ability to learn point-of-sale system, waiver system, booking process.

Pay:

$12.50 - $15.00 per hour
