Free•must be renewed annually. Required for all coaches. Can only be accessed through Arbiter. Your Arbiter account is set up by the Activities office. Log into Arbiter at arbiter.io and if email is not found, contact Activities office to be added. Go to www.billingsschools.org and then to "Departments".
