Pay Range :
State Teacher Salary + [10.5% - 18% local supplement]
Position Purpose:
Under the general supervision of the School Principal, to support student achievement by working collaboratively with teachers and staff to improve instructional practices while providing targeted interventions for students who need additional academic support. This role focuses on data-driven instruction, coaching, and the development of effective strategies to endsure all students meet academic standards.
Minimum Degree Level :
Bachelor's Degree ( click here for more info about Master's pay )
Alternative Licensed Pathways:
If you are offered a position with BCS, our licensure specialist can share information on the 1-year Emergency License and later work with you to convert this to a Residency License.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 18 semester hours of relevant coursework 2.7 GPA (undergraduate coursework or post-graduate coursework) Ability to produce an official, degree dated transcript from an accredited university Former Lateral Entry license candidates are eligible to apply Email our licensure specialist, , if you have licensure questions.
