Mini Athletics Raleigh is a growing youth track & field program for ages 1-7 across the Triangle — themed adventures (astronauts, dinosaurs, jungle explorers) that build real movement skills. This is our ongoing, year-round coaching role (not our seasonal summer position) — perfect if you want consistent work and room to grow with us.
THE ROLE
Schedule:
weekday mornings (~9:30-10:30 AM), ongoing — not seasonal Lead fun, 30-minute story-driven classes — you're the coach and the storyteller Venues across Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, and Durham — pick the location(s) closest to where you live A consistent, recurring schedule you can count on (and so can the kids)
WHAT WE NEED
Comfortable and energetic with young children (ages 1-7) Friendly, animated personality — kids should want to follow you Long-term reliability — you'll be the steady, familiar coach the kids know and trust Reliable transportation to your chosen venue(s) Current CPR/First Aid, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire (we reimburse) Must be 18+ and pass a background check A plus: teaching, childcare, early-childhood, recreation, or coaching background

PAY & LOGISTICS
