Your responsibilities will include:

Leading classes of approximately 25-30 pupils Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects Managing classroom behaviour and promoting positive learning environments Taking accurate registers and following school policies Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of the lesson You do not need to be a subject specialist.
