Position:
Full-Time (Includes early mornings & occasional Saturdays)
Salary:
Starting at $42,000/year base base salary (Room to grow based on experience)
Other Income:
Generous Member Retention Bonus Tiers +
Group Membership Sign-up Commissions Benefits:
1 week paid vacation, $500 annual advanced training stipend, and direct 1-on-1 mentorship/personal coaching package from the business owner. •
Note:
Medical insurance and 401K are not offered at this time.
Certifications:
CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) Certification or higher. Must actively coach 10-15 classes per week.

You understand movement mechanics, scaling, and individual athlete modifications. You bring energy to the room, but your focus is on high-quality coaching, safety, and empowering members of all fitness backgrounds.
Outgoing & Community-Minded:
You genuinely love people. You excel at hospitality, making newcomers feel comfortable, and keeping existing members excited about their global wellness journey.
Responsibilities:
Member Retention & Engagement:
Take full ownership of keeping our community thriving. Create an unmatched member experience to meet and exceed retention goals (tied directly to your bonus structure).
Community Events:
brainstorm, plan, and host exciting monthly gym events to foster connection, celebrate milestones, and keep the culture vibrant.
Operational Execution:
Manage and execute the structured "Gym Tasks" master list via Google Drive, meticulously covering daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists. Weekly check-ins with the owner and New member follow up.
Growth & Commissions:
Drive new group memberships through intentional, high-hospitality intake and onboarding, earning a direct commission on every group membership you close.
Class Coaching:
Coach 10-15 engaging classes per week, including leading vital early morning time slots and occasional Saturday mornings (1-2 classes).
Communication & Support:
Oversee customer service, handle member questions with accuracy, and make community newsletters to keep members informed and inspired. Do not be afraid to ask for help if unsure after trying to figure things out on your own.
