Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Varsity Baseball Head Coach. We are looking for a coach to join our team that has a love for baseball and has the ability to coach athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize success on the field in a biblical manner.Duties:
- Develop student-athletes both athletically and spiritually through Christ-centered mentorship and leadership
- Instruct players on proper techniques, tactics and rules of the game
- Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- Organize and lead team practices and drills
- Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their skills
- Coordinate team participation in games, tournaments and events
- Foster a positive team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Head coaching experience at the high school, collegiate or highly competitive travel baseball level
- Experience developing successful baseball programs and mentoring assistant coaches
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
