Statesville, NC About Cornerstone Christian Academy Cornerstone Christian Academy (CCA) is a fully accredited K-12 private school in Statesville, North Carolina, serving over 340 students. CCA operates under Cornerstone Church and is committed to providing individualized, Christ-centered education that equips students to excel academically and grow spiritually. Position Overview Cornerstone Christian Academy is seeking a dedicated Volleyball Coach to lead and develop our volleyball program. This role is more than a coaching position — it is a ministry opportunity. The ideal candidate views athletics as a platform for discipleship, mentorship, and character development, modeling Christian values both on and off the court. Key Responsibilities Oversee and develop all aspects of the volleyball program Coach and mentor student-athletes Plan practices, competitions, and player development Build a competitive, Christ-centered volleyball culture Disciple and mentor student-athletes in spiritual and personal growth Promote sportsmanship, leadership, and character development Support the mission and values of Cornerstone Christian Academy Qualifications Coaching experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills A clear commitment to Christian faith and the mission of CCA Passion for mentoring and developing high school students
