Immediately Job Description Century High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Head Boys Swimming Coach to lead our Patriots swim/dive program. This individual will be responsible for building a competitive, well-organized, and athlete centered program that emphasizes growth, accountability, and team culture. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of swimming, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with and motivate student-athletes. Please note - Coaches who hold a ND teaching license - wages are reportable to the North Dakota Teacher's Fund for Retirement (TFFR). The employee (coach) will contribute 11.75% of their salary and the District will contribute 12.75%.
