AllStar Cheer Coach

Responsibilities Lead Level 1-3 All-Star teams with confidence and structure Teach and enforce proper technique in tumbling, stunting, jumps, and motions Build strong foundational skills with an emphasis on consistency and execution Maintain a disciplined, focused, and efficient practice environment Ensure athlete safety and appropriate skill progression at all times Communicate clearly and professionally with athletes, parents, and staff Attend competitions and team events as assigned Required Qualifications Prior All-Star cheer coaching experience is required Experience coaching Level 1-3 all-star cheer specifically Strong understanding of skill progression, timing, and technique Ability to independently run practices and manage a team Proven reliability, professionalism, and consistency Strong communication and leadership skills Availability for evening practices and weekend competitions What We Are Looking For Coaches who value structure, accountability, and consistency Coaches who are serious about long-term involvement—not seasonal participation Coaches who take ownership of their teams and athlete development Individuals who are coachable, adaptable, and aligned with program standards Growth & Advancement Elite Cheer promotes from within.
