Job Description
USNH Employees should apply within Workday through the Jobs Hub app This position will serve as a Camp Head Coach. They will help oversee the operations of the entire camp. This includes preparing the daily schedule, directing and communicating to the campers during camp transitions, creating rosters, and daily gym set-up and take down. They are to communicate and delegate roles and responsibilities to each position and ensure they are engaged with the campers, teaching the campers, and staying organized. In conjunction with the athletic trainer, the head Coach will also be responsible for the health and safety of each camper and to clearly communicate rules and expectations to the entire camp. Duties/Responsibilities Operations (70%) Weekly schedule Daily Schedule Create and organize head coaches packets/folders Gym set-up and take down Registration, check-in, and T-shirt distribution Directing and Managing (15%) Clearly communicating camp rules and expectations Manage the head coaches and league commissioners Oversee and direct campers during camp transitions Communicate to the athletic trainer any injuries or illnesses Schedule organization (15%) Preparing the weekly schedule prior to the start of camp Oversee the daily schedule and adjust as needed Create game schedule and championship schedule
