Duties Lead structured swimming lessons tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers Ensure the safety of all participants. Provide clear, constructive feedback to help students improve their technique and confidence in the water Incorporate fun and motivating activities that engage students and promote physical activity. Learn and follow the LDSA curriculum. Qualifications Experience working with children or in childcare settings. Comfortable in and around swimming and swimming pools.
