Part-time, Seasonal Job Title:
Varsity Boys Basketball Head Coach (11/23/2026-3/2027)
Salary Range:
$6,250 + Reports to: Athletic Director and High School Director (Principal)
Summary:
The role of the Varsity Coach is to provide leadership, mentorship, and skill development for student-athletes, while fostering teamwork, discipline, and a competitive spirit both on and off the field
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree from an accredited college or minimum of 60 college credits NJ Substitute Certification (iLearn can assist with application process) Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary. All other iLearn Schools HR Hiring Requirements Prior to employment, the following must be addressed: Required to complete a criminal history background check to prove that the individual has not been convicted of a crime or a disorderly person's offense in accordance with
N.J.S.A 18A
6-7.1. Provide evidence that health is adequate to fulfill the job functions and responsibilities with reasonable accommodation pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 12101 and in accordance with
N.J.A.C. 6A
32-6.2. Pass the state required Mantoux Intradermal Tuberculin Test as required by
N.J.A.C. 6A
