HEA Rate Role Overview We are seeking certified teachers to coach the Girls on the Run program at Brandt Elementary. Coaches will implement the national curriculum focused on building social-emotional skills through physical activity. Prior experience with the Girls on the Run program is preferred. New Coaches are required to commit to mandatory training with Girls on the Run. Responsibilities Deliver the Girls on the Run curriculum with fidelity Collaborate with PTL Lead and district supervisor Foster a positive, inclusive team environment Support student well-being, behavior, and safety Encourage goal setting and personal growth through running Attendance on the date of the off site end of season 5K race Qualifications Prior experience coaching Girls on the Run (Preferred) Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills Ability to motivate and inspire young learners Note Failure to meet responsibilities may result in removal from the coaching role.
