• Previous swimming experience not required
• lifeguard training & certification preferred.
• Ability to build a rapport with regular students and their families.
• Desire and drive to teach our students to be confident in their ability in the water. Responsibilities
• Provide swim instruction to individuals of all ages and skill levels.
• Create and implement lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and abilities.
• Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment by following lifeguard protocols.
• Teach basic water safety skills and techniques to promote confidence in the water.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to engage and motivate students during lessons.
• Collaborate with other instructors to coordinate class schedules and activities.
