Among the key duties of the position are the following: Assists in the coordination of a Big Ten Women's Volleyballl intercollegiate athletic program which provides an opportunity for student-athletes to train and compete on a competitive, Division I level, while attending school to earn a college degree. - This position shall have a strong working knowledge and understanding of all NCAA rules and regulations regarding compliance issues.
High level intrapersonal and communication skills in order to relate with current and prospective student athletes, athletic department personnel and media. Computer literacy. Demonstrated regular and predictable attendance. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree. Collegiate playing experience (Division 1, 2, 3 or NAIA ). Knowledge of Big Ten Conference and NCAA regulations. Experience with DataVolley. Equipment Utilized Must be able to use a computer, email, editing equipment and recruiting database software. Physical Demands and Work Environment Special Conditions Night and weekends will be required with travel. Safe Driving Record.
