Role Description We are seeking dedicated, high-energy Coaches for part-time, on-site positions in: New Jersey / New York City Area Paris, France Valencia, Spain In this role, you will lead high-performance 1-hour training sessions, ranging from specialized 1v1 individual coaching to dynamic group sessions. This is a mentorship-heavy role designed for coaches who want to influence the next generation of global talent.

Schedule & Availability Weekdays:

Evening sessions.

Weekends:

Morning and afternoon sessions. Specific session times will be coordinated based on player availability and facility scheduling.

Key Responsibilities Elite Coaching:

Design and lead structured 60-minute sessions focused on technical mastery and tactical intelligence.

Player Mentorship:

Provide one-on-one and group guidance to help players reach their maximum potential.

Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for families, providing clear feedback on player progress.

Global Collaboration:

Align with our international coaching staff to maintain a consistent development philosophy.

Qualifications Bilingual Requirement:

France:

Must be fluent in both French and English.

Spain:

Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.

USA:

Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Expertise:

Strong background in Soccer (Football) coaching with a deep understanding of technical and tactical game components.

Experience:

Prior experience in youth coaching or sports education is required.

Certifications:

Relevant coaching licenses (e.g., USSF, UEFA, or equivalent) are highly preferred. Future Growth & Perks At Pathway2Pro, we reward excellence. Pay:

$25.00 - $50.00 per hour
