RPP utilizes the latest in data technology including force plate testing Proteus Motion, Qualysis motion capture as well as Trackman and HitTrax. Responsibilities This role involves designing and implementing individualized training programs tailored to each athlete's specific goals, performance needs, and areas for improvement. Responsibilities include providing hands-on, on-floor coaching and training to athletes in a high-performance environment, while continuously monitoring technique, progress, and overall athletic development. The position also includes conducting movement assessments to identify strengths, imbalances, mobility restrictions, and injury risk factors in order to optimize performance and support injury prevention. In addition, the role utilizes data-driven training methods and performance technology, including tools such as VALD force plates and Proteus Motion, to analyze athlete performance metrics, track progress, and make informed adjustments to programming and training strategies. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for effective program design Proven experience in sports coaching, personal training, or group fitness instruction within a gym or health club setting Ability to teach physical education principles clearly and motivate diverse groups of clients or athletes Skilled in designing innovative training programs that align with individual goals and sport-specific requirements Excellent communication skills to educate clients on exercise techniques and health habits Passion for helping others improve their physical health while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
