We are seeking team members who are passionate about youth development, gymnastics instruction, athlete safety, and creating a supportive learning environment for children of all ages and skill levels. Positions AvailableCompetitive Team Coaches (Year-Round) Seeking experienced coaches for: Pre-Team USAG Development Program Levels 3-8 USAG Xcel Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Responsibilities include: Coaching weekday practices Attending weekend competitions Supporting athlete skill progression and development Assisting with meet preparation and competition coaching Maintaining a safe, positive, and professional training environment Recreational Class Instructors (September 2026 - June 2027) Seeking instructors for: Preschool gymnastics School-age gymnastics Tumbling Beginner through advanced levels Available schedules include: Weekdays Evenings Weekends Responsibilities include: Teaching structured gymnastics and tumbling classes Supervising participants and ensuring safety Encouraging confidence, teamwork, and skill development Assisting with equipment setup and organization Communicating effectively with families and staff Compensation Compensation is based on experience, certifications, and level of responsibility.
Class Instructors:
Minimum wage up to $20/hour
Competitive Coaches:
$18-$25/hour Rates are negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
Professionalism and reliability Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience coaching or teaching gymnastics and/or tumbling Ability to work independently and collaboratively Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
USAG experience Competitive coaching experience CPR/First Aid certification USAG Safety Certification and SafeSport training (or willingness to obtain) Physical Requirements Candidates should be able to: Spot gymnasts safely Move and set equipment Stand, kneel, crouch, and actively coach throughout shifts Schedule Part-time opportunities available for: Summer 2026 Fall 2026 through June 2027 Year-round competitive coaching

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
