All-Star Cheerleading Coach East Coast Elite Union, NJ Job Details Part-time $17 - $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Sports coaching Cheerleading Full Job Description East Coast Elite All Star Cheerleading is growing, and looking to hire All Star Elite and All Star prep cheer coaches for the 2026-27 season! We are looking for coaches to join the ECE family who are motivated, high energy and great leaders.
Qualifications:
High school or All Star Cheerleading experience is required Able to attend all practices for their teams including Sunday practices Able to attend 6-9 competitions between December and May (travel may be required depending on the team) Able to plan and execute a structured practice The ability to teach beginner, intermediate, and advance cheerleading skills with proper progressions for team development Knowledge and experience in stunt spotting and safety Strong leadership, communication, and character-building skills
Compensation:
Coaches are paid hourly based on experience. East Coast Elite pays for all travel costs associated with traveling during the competition season. Classes & private lessons available for all coaches looking for extra income!
